Go-Green and Sustainability Programme
CADI has launched a ‘Cadi Go-Green’ programme to encourage all Cadians
to take an active role in protecting the environment. Going green begins in the
Cadi workplace and involves simple actions, such as recycling, using sustainable
materials, and minimising waste.
In line with Cadi’s Go-Green initiative, the following actions have been implemented:
Environmental Protection

- Since 2022, we have kept 2496.30 kg of batteries out of landfills — safely recycling both our own and our clients’ batteries to protect the environment.
- Set up an e-waste recycling bin in the office for proper disposal of e-waste and batteries.
- Implemented containers for recycling used paper.
- Pantry signs encourage the use of reusable containers and utensils to minimise waste.
Resource Conservation

- Reminded staff to turn off lights and appliances to save energy.
- Improved lighting by switching to LED, which reduces energy usage.
- Turn off computers when not in use.
- Transitioned to a digital platform for workflow documentation, resulting in a reduction in paper usage.
Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Performance 2025
- Conducted safety training for all new employees within the first 2 weeks of employment.
- Conducted refresher training for current employees annually
- Implemented Safety Suggestion Scheme
- Completed Risk Assessment of all work areas within the next six months.
- Actively collect Workplace Safety Feedback Form in support of the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA), to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive working environment.
